The Interpersonal Intelligence Institute has helped thousands of executives, leaders, and business professionals to communicate and collaborate more effectively through our innovative, cognitive science-based methodology. We work with leading companies, nonprofits and government organizations across North America. Through the delivery of experiential workshops, we help professionals of all levels become more confident communicators and influential leaders.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with diverse backgrounds who are passionate about communication to join our team as Facilitators. You should have corporate experience and exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills.

The Facilitator role is a part-time contract position. You must be legally eligible to work in the US or Canada and available for travel.
